Sharon, our Children, Youth and Families Minister, has gathered lots of information and suggestions for you to use with your children and grandchildren.

Children's Bibles:
There are many children’s Bibles and story books but these are just a few that I use regularly and can recommend. I have copies of all of these so please do ask if you would like to look at one before you order for yourself and your grandchildren.

Prayer
Prayer is talking to God but if you are unsure about praying with little ones, here a few tips:
● Keep it very simple - just one sentence is good!
● Children will learn from you - set them an example such as saying thank you to God for the food at meal times
● Use resources - don’t be afraid to use what someone else has written
● Make them interactive with repetition or a special way to say Amen
● Remember there is no set way to pray - whatever works for you and your grandchildren!
